March 16, 2026	Toulouse Graduate School Graduation application window opens. See Graduation Information Note: The Department of Information Science (IS) will submit final degree plans to the Graduate School on a student’s behalf if cleared for the ePortfolio Final Review.
July 28, 2026	Department of Information Science (IS) ePortfolio Final Review Registration for Graduation opens at 10:00 AM (CST) on this day at https://informationscience.unt.edu/e-portfolio-final-review-registration
Aug. 17, 2026	Semester Begins, First Class Day
Aug. 27, 2026	IS ePortfolio Final Review Registration for Graduation closes at 10:00 AM (CST) on this day.
Sept. 21, 2026	IS ePortfolio Submission for Final Faculty Review ends at 11:59 PM (CST) on this day. No ePortfolios will be accepted after 11:59 PM (CST).
Sept. 21, 2026	IS End of Program Questionnaire due. It will be posted in the Community of Information Professionals site on Canvas. The graduate school will have a separate evaluation instrument.
Sept. 25, 2026	Toulouse Graduate School graduation application window closes. This is the last day that applications for the semester will be accepted. See Graduation Information Note: IS will submit final degree plans to the Graduate School on a student’s behalf if cleared for the ePortfolio.
Oct. 23, 2026	Results of IS ePortfolio will be reported to students on this date.
Oct. 26, 2026	Students who wish to appeal the results of IS ePortfolio submit appeal letters by 11:59 PM (CST) on this day.
Oct. 30, 2026	Results of appeals will be reported to students on this date.
Oct. 30, 2026	Last day to report to the graduate dean's office the results of ePortfolio for graduating master's students.
Dec. 14, 2026	Last day to remove grades of I (Incomplete) in all required courses for graduate degrees.
