Dates & Deadlines	Events
October 6, 2025	Toulouse Graduate School Graduation application window opens. See https://research.unt.edu/graduate/graduation-information.html . Note: IS will submit final degree plans to the Graduate School on a student’s behalf if cleared for the EOP.
April 3, 2026	IS ePortfolio Submission for Graduation Registration opens at 10:00 AM (CDT) on this day at https://informationscience.unt.edu/e-portfolio-final-review-registration
May 11, 2026	IS ePortfolio Submission for Graduation Application closes at 5:00 PM (CDT) on this day.
May 26, 2026	IS ePortfolio Submission for Final Faculty Review due at 11:59 PM (CDT) on this day. No ePortfolios will be accepted after 11:59 PM (CDT).
May 26, 2026	IS End of Program Questionnaire due. It will be posted in the Community of Information Professionals site on Canvas. The graduate school will have a separate evaluation instrument.
June 18, 2026	Results of IS ePortfolio will be reported to students by this date.
June 22, 2026	Students who wish to appeal the results of IS ePortfolio submit appeal letters by this date.
June 26, 2026	Results of appeals will be reported to students by this date.
June 26, 2026	Last day to report to the graduate dean’s office the results of the ePortfolio.
June 26, 2026	Toulouse Graduate School graduation application window closes. This is the last day that applications for the semester will be accepted. See https://tgs.unt.edu/new-current-students/graduation-information Note: IS will submit final degree plans to the Graduate School on a student’s behalf if cleared for the EOP.
