Research Interests

My research word focuses on consumer behavior in digital commerce environments, with a particular focus on electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and its influence on purchase decisions and intentions. I am interested in how online reviews, ratings, and user-generated content shape consumer trust and choice in B2C e-commerce settings, as well as the broader psychological and contextual factors that drive online purchasing behavior.
