Lessons from the Little Red Dot: Public Library Services in Singapore

Singapore is an island country of more than 5.4 million people from multiethnic backgrounds including Malay, Chinese, and Indian. It has four official languages and the 2nd highest population density in the world. How do their public libraries provide equitable access and support lifelong learning? Dr. Sarah Evans will share insights she gleaned from a recent tour of Singaporean libraries as well as from the Asian Festival of Children’s Content, hosted by the National Library Board of Singapore.
